Jason - are you able to connect at this point? I dropped a note to the NewsGator guys to follow up - I didn't notice any downtime today although I'm not sure what time you had the issue (and whether there was actually any downtime or an Internet routing issue.)

Jason, we're not showing any issues anywhere in the world throughout the last 24 hours. Are you still seeing something? We haven't heard from any of our other million+ customers today...

Jason, I just followed up with our network operations team - according to our monitoring systems and logs, there wasn't any kind of widespread outage today. Do you remember what kind of error you saw? I'm wondering if it could have just been an intermittent DNS or routing issue between you and us...
